Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Remember & Co. Here’s how shipping works.

Print-on-demand. Every Remember book is printed to order, just for you. This keeps our quality high and our waste low — but it means there’s a short production step before your order ships.

Processing / production time. Orders are typically prepared and printed within [2–5] business days before they enter the shipping stage.

Shipping time. Once printed, delivery time depends on your location and the carrier: - [United States]: approximately [3–8] business days after production - [International]: approximately [7–20] business days after production

So your total time from order to doorstep is roughly production time + shipping time.

Where your book is printed. Orders are fulfilled by our print partner, which prints in-region wherever possible — so many orders are printed and shipped within the destination country for faster delivery.

Shipping rates. Calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking. When tracking is available, we’ll email it to you once your order ships.

Customs, duties & taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Delays. Once an order is with the carrier, delivery is outside our control. We’re not liable for carrier delays, but if something seems stuck, email support@rememberandco.com and we’ll help track it down.

Wrong or incomplete address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned or lost due to an incorrect address, we may not be able to offer a free replacement. Contact us as soon as possible if you spot a mistake.
